Full basement finish in Brighton, CO. 
Project was to create a open recreation room, with a separate office space, storage space and a bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, in a basement of 1000 sqft.  The client requested a modern environment with an open feel.  The brick component on the buttresses gave this basement the requested modern feel, without closing in the space, giving it more of a New York loft feeling.  
Carrying the open and modern feel throughout, the office was given a fresh modern bamboo flooring, and French doors to complete the look.
